Can anyone tell me what the pale blue dot in this photo is?

Why Jeff, that would be the PLANET EARTH as seen from space probe VOYAGER, the most distant human object in the universe, taken as a parting shot when it left our solar system and beamed back over four billion miles away for our enjoyment.
