My brother in law, Buddy, just pulled up to the dock after fishing all day. Here is a photo I took moments ago.Time for a cold beer, in a few hours I will be eating fresh mackerel for dinner.
I'm thinking: cut into steaks, topped with onion and pepper cut into rings, and grilled in a basket. Or what about: cut into bite sized nuggets, battered and fried.
