Friday, we drove from Baltimore to our hotel in DC. We printed out directions from the hotel's web site and brought them in the van. We make it to DC, no problem. Then I noticed that the directions printed out without spacing or punctuation, all-one-word, like an e-mail or internet address.
We followed them as best we could, but still got a bit confused. I called the hotel and talked to a lady who confirmed that we had just turned onto the correct street.
Reading the directions, I asked "So we should be in Crystal City in 8 miles?"
And the lady said...
"It might not take you that long."
